The final cost varies based on the selected model, size, style, floor plan, utilities, and interior finishes. The total build cost is influenced by many factors, tailored to your specific needs and where you choose to invest in your home's features.

Our tiny homes are specifically engineered to withstand harsh winters, with a focus on innovative and durable building envelopes. The efficiency and longevity of our buildings are top priorities. 

The first step in our building process is for you to complete our contact form after exploring our website and model line. This initial step helps us understand your needs and preferences. Following this, we'll arrange a Zoom call or meeting to discuss everything in detail, address your questions, and determine if our offerings match your requirements and if we are the right builders for you.

Should you decide to proceed with us, a USD$10,000 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures your project in our construction schedule and is deducted from the total cost of your build. Next, we enter the selections phase, where we collaborate closely with you to choose all the details for your home, provide guidance on preparing your site, and finalize the budget. The payment terms for your contract are as follows:

50% of the build cost is due upfront.

40% is due at the lock-up stage.

The remaining 10% plus delivery fees are due before your tiny home leaves our workshop.

Throughout the construction, our team will keep you regularly updated. Each home comes with a detailed manual and ongoing support from our team. We also offer complete site setups for an additional charge.

The necessary hookups for a tiny home vary based on where it will be located. We can construct your tiny home to be entirely off-grid, equipped with solar power, water tanks, and a composting toilet. Alternatively, it can be built to connect to city services, including electrical hookups and a regular toilet that links to the municipal sewer system. We also offer hybrid setups that are suitable for rural or other types of locations. We'll tailor the build to meet your specific needs.

The price of an off-grid or solar package varies depending on the energy needs of your home and the climate where it will be located. Designing an off-grid system tailored to your specific requirements involves considerable detail and planning. Our solar packages average cost is  $25,000.

We specialize in made-to-order tiny homes and do not have pre-built or inventory homes available. The construction timeline for each home varies depending on the model chosen.
